Car History
The introduction of the Mustang in 1964 created a new class of
automobile known as the pony car. The Mustang's styling, with its
long hood and short deck, proved wildly popular and inspired a host
of competition including the Camaro, Firebird, Cougar, and
others.
In that era Carroll Shelby created the iconic Shelby Mustangs that
have skyrocketed in price today. We have a primo, restored at
no-expense-spared cost, 1966 Shelby GT350 Mustang Replica

that has the 289 cubic inch engine that most purists want.
Engine & Drivetrain
Our Mustang has the "C" code 289 cubic inch engine that had 200
horsepower. Ours is restored and the block and heads are painted
silver with the performance carburetor, aluminum intake, Cobra
"Powered By Ford" black finned aluminum valve covers, chrome open
air cleaner element with the orange 289 cubic inch engine decal,
black cross brace, power steering and power brakes, tube headers
flowing back to the dual exhaust system, and all sitting in a
flashy red painted and detailed engine compartment.
It is backed up by a 3-speed automatic transmission and has a
chassis that is painted and detailed just as nice as the engine
compartment.
It rides on chrome factory Ford 5-spoke mag wheels and Redline
tires to give it the very period correct and nice look and
stance.
Interior
The fresh Pony interior has twin black front bucket seats with the
automatic shifter on the floor as well as the black factory dash
with all the factory gauges, radio, heat/defrost controls, rear
seat and door panels are matching, a three spoke wood steering
wheel,8 track tape player, and other features like heat/defrost
controls, black carpet, chrome automatic transmission shifter, and
black convertible top.
Exterior
It has a sweet red paint job flowing over the tight lines on the
body, set off by the black convertible top and the white Shelby
stripes on the side, great chrome front and rear bumpers, Shelby
hood scoop, and Shelby rear gas cap, and the white racing stripes
on the hood and extending over the trunk.
The trunk is presented well with the correct trunk mat and grey
