With a sleek exterior, a custom bucket seat interior, four-wheel
disc brakes, and strong small block V8 power, this 1960 Ford F-100
restomod is one hot custom truck. And it turns the desirability up
another few notches every time you use the adjustable air ride
suspension to dial in your ideal stance.
You can instantly tell this truck has a distinguished style from
the first impression. The two-tone Maroon and Red color combo is
something that can't be confused with anything from the factory.
The bright red has a deep gloss and fresh look from a modern
application. Plus, we like how the maroon has the right touch of
age to feel like a true classic. It took a lot of planning and
investment to get a custom classic looking this sleek. The door
handles were shaved, the body trim was deleted, the tailgate was
sealed, the taillights were frenched, and the front bumper was
color-matched. And we love the more modern take on classic pieces
with the smooth billet grille, and you'll swear the wrap on the bed
floor is real wood. But our favorite upgrade is the set of Billet
specialties wheels. The 20/22-inch front/rear stance is modern and
sporty. And the adjustable air ride suspension is done correctly to
let these alloys tuck neatly into the body. So you can drop it low
everywhere you park.
Pop the remote door openers to reveal a full custom interior. It
starts with high-back bucket seats that have better bolstering than
anything that came out of the 1960s for superior comfort. The black
upholstery goes well with the door panels, headliner, sun visors,
and carpeting. The exterior deep red returns on the dash, door
tops, and center console for a nice coordinated package. There are
upgraded comfort details like AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth, power
windows, and provisions for air conditioning (it will need
servicing to blow cold.) You can also instantly see it was made for
performance, too. The Billet and mahogany steering wheel is on a
tilt steering column so that you can get a clear view of the
upgraded Dolphin gauge package. And the center console has your
controls and readout for the air ride.
The engine bay has been finished with the same kind of custom flair
as the rest of this car. Clean maroon inner walls really let you
focus on the tidy V8 and all its polished components. This is a 302
cubic-inch V8 that has been upgraded with a Holley four-barrel
carburetor, aluminum high rise intake, and BBK headers feeding the
dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The supporting items like the
HEI distributor and upgraded pulleys. And as you check out the
undercarriage photos, you'll also spot upgrades like the tubular
front A-arms and the four-link rear that have enough travel to work
well with the adjustable airbags. Plus, power steering, a
three-speed automatic transmission, and four-wheel power disc
brakes make this a great all-around driver.
This is a cool custom classic truck that delivers on style,
comfort, and power. That makes for an irresistible package you need
to get your hands on before someone else does. Call today!!!
