This 1969 Ford Bronco is in better than new condition for enthusiasts who enjoy driving their cars. The deep mirror finish of the metallic blue accented by the smoke gray roof, grill and interior components attract attention wherever you drive.
The interior has been restored using period correct components. The unique Bronco dash is correctly in place complete with correct instrumentation and molded dash pad. The seats have been replaced with full back seats and shoulder safety belts. The interior is finished off with a body color tilt steering column, retro-sound radio, fitted roll cage overhead speakers and black carpet throughout.
The uncut steel body was removed from the frame and a full rotisserie restoration was completed with all steel components. The entire under side of the body was hand scrapped, sandblasted and rock guarded. All hoses, clamps, fuel lines were upgraded to steel, while maintaining the period correct fuel control switches.
While the body was separated from the frame, the frame was sandblasted, and powder coated. Upon reassembly a 2-inch body lift was added, and all suspension components were replaced with period correct components. Brakes were upgraded to power brakes with front disc and rear drums. The Ford 9 inch and Dana axles were rebuilt and a Ford 9-inch Eaton True Trac added. The original 3 speed transmission was replaced by a NV3550 5 speed manual for a better driving experience.
Under the hood the period correct (not number matching) 302 is completely rebuilt by Richmond Engines (parts list attached). The original 2-barrel carburetor completes the authentic look of this 1969 Ford Bronco. The 302 starts easily and idles with the unmistakable V8 burble. The added power steering, power brakes and 5 speed transmission greatly enhance the Broncos agility.
To finish the package a custom front bumper was built to house a Warn winch and Pia fog lights. The headlights were upgrade to LED to enhance nighttime driving. Backed by BF Goodrich K02 265/65/R17 all terrain tires this Bronco is ready to deliver all the power, performance and pleasure that so rightfully contributed to making the Bronco the legend it is today.
