Vehicle Description
You're looking at automotive royalty taken to the next level. This
2011 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is already a desirable
limited-edition speed machine. But this low mileage car has also
had all the right investments to turn the V8 into a supercharged
750+ horsepower dominator. Read on because it only gets better.
The Performance White on this snake-bitten Mustang reminds us of
the original special Shelby pony cars. And the whole coupe is a
great modern representation of what Carroll Shelby did to the
original Mustang five decades ago. These cars take the retro-look
Mustang coupes and make them more aggressive. The blacked-out
grille, hood vents, full body kit, rear valance, and upgraded RTR
wheels make for a perfect dark side to this bright finish. It's an
absolutely aggressive setup, right down to the rear spoiler that's
large enough so that you can see the SHELBY lettering reflected in
it. But the whole package also looks quite thoughtful. You see it
in places like how the aggressive full red racing stripe package is
outlined in black just to unite the full color theme.
Even the interior feels well-coordinated. It's a full black setup,
and that goes well with the exterior accents. And the red racing
stripes are aggressive and stylish. And because this is the kind of
car that doesn't have commuter-level mileage, the leather remains
to look awesome. So you'll love it because it's stylish, babied,
and loaded. This means power windows, power locks, power seats,
keyless entry, cruise control, and dual-zone automatic climate
control. The stereo is the optional AM/FM/XM/CD Shaker unit with a
touchscreen interface. It pumps out huge power, and it's still
modern enough to have Bluetooth, satellite navigation, and
interfaces with your iPod. And speaking of modern conveniences, you
also get the safety of dual front airbags, side airbags, and ABS.
But even with all these features, all you really care about is
gripping the leather-wrapped steering wheel and holding on for a
speedy adventure. And the addition of the Barton short-throw
shifter and AeroForce digital readouts let you know this one is
extra wild.
Under the hood is the original DOHC 5.4-liter V8 engine. And while
the fuel-injected motor was already a giant killer right out of the
box, this one has had some serious investment added. It now has a
VMP Performance 2.3L supercharger with a 10 percent underdrive
pulley. Other upgrades include a VPM electronic fuel pump booster,
Ford Racing throttle body, Injector Dynamics 1000x injectors, a JLT
123mm cold-air intake, SCT tuner programming, and headers
high-performance cats. The full package is estimated to deliver
760+ horsepower and 800 ft/lb of torque at the rear wheels. This
takes the car beyond Super Snake territory, but components like the
six-speed manual transmission were built stout enough just for this
exact purpose. It even has been upgraded with a McLeod lightened
flywheel and McLeod twin-disc clutch rated for 1,200 hp. You've
also got a full suspension upgrade with BMR control arms, a
double-adjustable Panhard bar, Eibach springs, Eibach sway bars,
and an adjustable Ford Racing suspension kit. And there's also
power steering, Brembo four-wheel disc brakes, and super-sticky
Mickey Thompson performance tires to keep you in complete control
of this extra-speedy Shelby.
Complete with owner's manual, there's a ton more on this custom
build to list, so call us for all the details. More than a GT500
and more than a Super Snake, this is a seriously mean machine. Are
you ready to charm this powerful custom snake? Call now!
