Vehicle Description
This 1983 Chevrolet C10 has a terrific custom cruiser style and a
sharp color theme inside and out. Plus, there's a hardy and shining
V8 under the hood. And since it's all offered for such an
affordable price, the full package is irresistible.
This truck has the solid look and well-creased lines that make
these C10s true classics. The body is nicely presented in a
tasteful white. It has a clean and bright look that comes from a
more recent respray. So there's a radiance out on the streets, and
you can tell this is a true cruiser. It has custom details like the
whole front end that shines brighter with the re-chromed bumper,
billet grille, and crystal clear headlights. And the rear has a
smoother style with the Euro-style tail lights and flush custom
roll pan. The black has a terrific contrast against the white, and
this has a well-coordinated dark side showing off the power dome of
the cowl hood and soft tonneau cover. Plus the lowered stance and
15-inch American Racing wheels show off more of this speedy
style.
The black and white two-tone interior goes well with the exterior
color theme. Everything from the dash pad to the bench looks
attractive and inviting. There are also nice extras like the
sliding rear glass, tinted windows, nice weather-stripping, and
Dynamat insulation under the carpet. This generation Chevy truck
had the dash wrap around the driver like a sports car, and this
custom really takes the feeling up a notch. You have an upgraded
sports steering wheel with a tilt steering column. That gives you a
clear view of the gauge panel with added tach. And this has been
upgraded further with an auxiliary readout trio cleanly added below
the dash and a B&M floor shifter.
When you open the hood, the smooth dark inner walls really funnel
your attention to this tidy and bright V8 heart. The consignor
states this is a 383 cubic-inch stroker V8 motor, and we have a
receipt showing a rotating assembly, cam bearings, and bore/balance
to a 383. It looks good with plenty of polish on valve covers, air
topper, water pump, alternator, and more. The motor has performance
components like Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, an
Edelbrock Performer intake, HEI ignition, and topped with a Demon
four-barrel carburetor. The Hooker headers exhale with added power
while also contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust. This was
made for driving, and so you've got good features, like a
three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes
w/discs up front, and wide BF Goodrich T/As.
This truck has a thoughtful custom look inside and out. And there
are all the right upgrades to put real substance behind the style.
So it makes for a terrific total package that you need to get your
hands on right now. Call today!!!
