1967 CAMARO SS-396 CONVERTIBLE
Just in and fresh out of our detail shop is this very nice and very
well done 1967 Camaro SS-396 Convertible. Built as a mild
custom/resto-mod a few years ago by a total gear head and multi-Hot
Rod car owner/ builder who did not cut any corners or spare any
money building this beautiful "Drop Top" CHECK IT OUT!!
The body is very straight, solid and clean including the floors,
trunk and frame and the "Nantucket Blue" base/clear paint is
absolutely gorgeous. We just cut and buffed it to a deep luster and
show car shine. The black "POWER" convertible top was recently
replaced as works as it should and all the chrome, SS trim, weather
stripping and glass are in like new condition too. The bucket seat
interior has been recently restored, updated and upgraded with
Procar low back bucket seats, new carpets and door panels and a
Autometer Fantom gauge cluster including console gauges and a B & M
Quicksilver rachet shifter with an original shifter handle mounted
in the original console. It is all very-very cool and very-very
nice! Power comes from a healthy sounding, strong running 396/402
c.i. big block engine that we were told was recently and
professionally rebuilt. We removed the valve covers to inspect and
saw a very clean, like new valve-train with roller tip rocker arms.
It also has an Edelbrock Endura-shine intake with a Holley 750 D/F
- D/P carb and big tube ceramic coated headers too. It also has a
Serpentine belt pulley system and MSD ignition. All of this is
backed up by a crisp shifting TH-400 Automatic Transmission and 12
Bolt Posi rear with 3:55 gears. Other features include Power
Steering, 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes, Flowmaster Dual Exhaust, Big
Aluminum Radiator with Dual Electric Cooling Fans, Retro-Sound
Stereo with amp,17-inch Centerline "LEGEND" 5 spoke polished
aluminum wheels with low-profile high-performance tires, LED/HID
lighting and lots-lots more!! This Camaro is an absolute blast to
drive and gets "Thumbs Up" everywhere you go! NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!!
