Vehicle Description
STK 3168 1965 Buick Skylark
This restored 1965 Buick Skylark is a beautiful example of a
stylish Harley Earl designed convertible. These mid-size Buicks
were built on the same chassis as the Chevelle, Tempest/GTO and
Cutlass of that era. The
Astro Blue exterior respray is in very good condition as is the
white convertible top. Nice chrome and period correct Cragar chrome
wheels provide sharp accents. The matching Blue vinyl interior has
been well maintained. All components are in good condition
including upholstery, door panels, carpeting and dashboard. The
radio is the factory AM 'push-button' unit, but is currently inop.
The Skylark is powered by a rebuilt Buick 'Wildcat 310' engine with
a displacement of 300ci. Output is 210hp/310lb-ft with a Rochester
2-barrel carburetor. The engine runs strong and is backed by a
2-speed 'Super Turbine 300' automatic transmission that shifts
smoothly. The Skylark chassis is fitted with power steering and
4-wheel drum brakes provide stopping power. This Buick convertible
is a pleasure to drive and it belongs in your garage. ALL VEHICLES
SOLD "AS IS".
