1970 Chevrolet Corvette
This is a 3 stage paint. The Jugans custom paint was designed to look like the red mist tint coat on the 2020 Corvette. It is even more brilliant than the original color. The car has a frame off rotisserie restoration with the frame and all suspension parts powder coated. It has a numbers matching block that is bores and stroked to 383 cubic inches. The engine produced 445 HP with a carburetor on an engine and should produce a little more with the Edlebrock fuel injection. The engine is balanced with a mild hydraulic cam shaft. It has the original heads on it that have been ported with hardened seats installed and stainless steel valves with crane valve spring and stainless steel rocker arms. It is topped off with an Edlebrock port fuel injection system that works extremely well. The transmission is a Tremec 5 speed with a 343 numbers matching rear transaxle. In 5th gear at 2700 rpm the car is doing 100 mph. The Corvette has a factory A/C that is very efficient. It has a serpentine belt system by Eddy Motorsports. It has a aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans. It has a Borgensen power steering gear system which works more efficiently than the stock Corvette system. The interior is black and red leather with plush carpet, custom Autosound AM/FM stereo radio with custom built rear speaker boxes. It has American Racing 8 inch wide chrome wheels with cooper cobra tires 245/60/15 front 255/60/15 rear. The exhaust system is Magna Flow with 2 1/2 inch exhaust pipes with duel, outlet mufflers. The engine compartment has a lot of chrome components in it. The front end, both doors and bottom of the rear quarter panels have a clear bra to attach to prevent rock chips.
