Vehicle Description
The 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air has an awesome two-tone style that
instantly attracts. And as you dig deeper, you'll see it's all part
of a solid cruising package built with upgraded V8 power,
four-on-the-floor, distinct custom upholstery, and cold-blowing
A/C.
The 1956 Bel Air had some of the boldest trim of the Tri-Five era
and arguably had the best grille of them all. But the best feature
is how the two-tone is presented. Only in '56 and only on Bel Airs
do you get a color streak that runs the entire length of the car,
and in the rear, it simultaneously has a sporty descent while also
merging with the roof color. You see this exceptionally well on the
bold modern blue and bright white that was chosen for this coupe.
But more than a terrific color combo, if the sheet metal was not
straight or any of the two-tone dividing trim was missing, the
total presentation would not be nearly as stellar as it is today.
Plus, the polished 15-inch wheels, tinted windows, and wide dual
exhaust tips give the stand-out Chevy even more street machine
style.
The interior has one of the coolest styles around. After all, we
often see all-black inside because it's timelessly stylish. But
this distinct dark blue interior takes the appeal up a notch. It
has the premium appeal of a navy blue suit, and the clean
button-top presentation is pure classic cruiser cool. Plus, the
dark blue on the door panels, carpet, dash, and headliner make for
a clean and uniform total package. This Bel Air loves to be a solid
cruiser, and so you get nice upgrades like the AM/FM/CD stereo and
cold-blowing air conditioning. And it's a good driver with upgrades
like a classic-style steering wheel now on an Ididit tilt column,
and the upgraded tach goes great with the floor shifter.
The Tri-Five Chevys were the dawn of the small block, but today the
larger 350 cubic-inch V8 is exactly what you want. This one has the
features you want, like a four-barrel carburetor, Mickey Thompson
valve covers, an aluminum radiator, and long tube headers feeding
into a dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. It makes a great V8
tune, and you are in full control of the power and soundtrack with
the four-speed manual transmission. Power steering, front disc
brakes, and wide BF Goodrich tires at all four corners are all part
of what makes it so easy to enjoy this Bel Air.
This cool custom total package is ready to go right now, so don't
