This is a '66 Mustang Coupe project car with a solid body and no rust. It has lived all its life in southern California. It was built in San Jose and sold in Los Angeles. The engine and transmission are currently removed. There is a .060 over rebuilt 289 on a stand ready to go in with a new bottom end, stock rebuilt 289 heads, Edelbrock Performer intake and valve covers, Crane cam and Crane roller rockers. Needs a carb, distributor, radiator and fuel pump. I was planning a manual T5 conversion but didn't get it done so no trans at this point. The interior is in good shape needing a new dash pad and instrument cluster and a few other small things. The engine bay is empty at this point and ready for a repaint and reassembly. Needs a new windshield and wiring harness (included). It comes with lots of original parts and I may throw in a brand new engine stand for the right offer. It was originally candy apple red and repainted silver blue before I owned it. I hate to let it go but she needs a new home. More photos available upon request. All reasonable offers considered. Clear title in hand!
