Champion Motors International proudly presents a one of a kind
custom award winning 1970 Chevrolet Corvette Resto-Mod finished in
Candy Apple Red with a Camel leather interior. It is apparent from
first glance that this Corvette is a special car. An amazing amount
of money, labor and love has been poured into it by its current
owner. With an investment in excess of $100,000, there isn't a spot
that hasn't been touched. While approaching the car, you notice the
beautiful Candy Apple Red paint. The first three coats were painted
in gold with 20 candy apple top coats and three clear coats.
Additional exterior features include stainless steel slat front
grill, refinished chrome bumpers, 1980 mounted side mirrors, red
bullet tail lights, custom 40 gallon gas tank and a Viper fuel
cap. While gazing over the interior, you notice the custom features.
The seats are from a 1980 Corvette and are finished in Camel-hair
leather with full race harnesses. The glove box, air-conditioning,
ash trays and radio and console have been removed and replaced with
custom race gauges and a black Plexiglas center console.Under the
hood is an original GM Bow Tie big block, bored, stroked and
balanced to 522 cubic inches. Internals include an Eagle 4.0 crank,
Eagle 6.385 rods, Manley pro pistons, Manley valves, Dart Pro-1 345
aluminum cylinder heads, Crane full roller, cam lifters & rockers,
Dart Pro-1 single plane intake manifold and a 1050 dominator
carburetor. The complete header and side-pipe system is stainless
steel. The engine was completely built by Zul Motors in Babylon,
NY. Current horsepower is 676 with 559 lb-ft of torque, but can be
tuned higher. Power is sent to the Custom HRE 3 piece 18 inch
wheels by way of a Richmond 5-speed with 350 gearing in 5 th while
the first 4 are race gears. The drive shaft, 4 inch half shafts
were custom built by Toms Axle in California. This Vette also
features high-performance suspension by Vette Brakes Products,
high-performance oversized manual brakes and a Steeroid rack and
pinion steering system. This Corvette still has its original
chassis which has been refinished. A 6-point roll-cage stiffens
thechassis and improves the ride. This 1970 Corvette has won many
awards including Nicest C3 Stingray at the Corvette Museum in March
2021. It has been featured in Corvette Magazine in April, 2020 and

next owner will take as much pride in this car as the last owner,
who spent 8 years and over $100,000 to finish. This Corvette is
