classic and muscle car business. Pontiac Motor Division was an
American automobile company that operated as a division of General
Motors from 1926 until 2010. During the 1950's Pontiac began
building a reputation for performance, and by 1964 had unleashed
the iconic GTO, widely recognized as the first true muscle car.
Sadly, Pontiac succumbed to financial pressures, but not before
producing one last gem, the Solstice. Our 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP
is the performance-oriented model, quite obvious after about 2
seconds behind the wheel. Beneath the hood is a direct-injection
turbocharged and intercooled 2.0L I4 that belts out a stout 260
horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Additional features
include a fully independent suspension, power rack and pinion
steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS, power windows, power
door locks, power outside mirrors, power remote trunk release, air
conditioning, 5-speed manual transmission. limited slip
differential, Bilstein shocks, tilt steering, cruise control,
steering wheel radio controls, leather upholstery, premium
AM/FM/CD/MP3 audio system, and 18 alloy wheels wrapped with
aggressive tires (245/45R18). With only 5,111 miles it's no
surprise that this jewel feels new, and a quick look at the chassis
images will reveal that the pristine undercarriage still sports the
