1979 BMW 320i for sale! Motorcar Classics is pleased to present
this delightfully original 1979 BMW 320i featured in Topaz Brown
Metallic (Topasbraun Metallic #013) with an interior trimmed in tan
(Nylonbraun) leatherette (0007) with matching door panels and
carpets. Designed by Paul Bracq, this 320i was one of BMW's most
popular designs, and this car feels as fresh and sporty as it did
back in 1979. This 1979 BMW 320i was reportedly purchased when new
by a gentleman who kept the car until 1995, at which time he handed
it down to his son. So the car has been in one family since it was
new and it has covered only 16,626 miles. The 320i is powered by
BMW's 2.0-liter M10B20 inline-four cylinder engine which features
Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and was rated from the factory at
109 horsepower. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a
smooth-shifting three-speed automatic transmission. Factory
equipment includes air conditioning, a Blaupunkt AM/FM cassette
radio, and sisal floor mats. Having been cherished from new, this
is an unrepeatable opportunity for the BMW enthusiast.
