This 1989 custom Chevrolet K5 Blazer underwent a professional
nut-and-bolt restoration. It is powered by a pro-built 408ci
6.0-liter LS V8 small-block engine producing 547hp and 519 ft/lbs
of torque with LS3-spec 821 heads, Callies Compstar forged
crankshaft, Wiseco pistons, Vengeance Racing KaotiK camshaft and
stainless Flowtech shorty headers. The engine is hooked to a 4L80E
4-speed automatic transmission. Equipped with an Edelbrock water
pump, color-keyed Billet Specialties Tru Trac serpentine drive,
102mm Nick Williams throttle body on a FAST LSXr 102 intake, and a
Frostbite radiator, with dual electric puller fans. It comes
equipped with a polished alternator, Meziere Enterprises starter,
Derale steering cooler and transmission cooler, Dual Optima
batteries and a Holley Terminator X controller. The exterior
features tube bumpers, All American Billet hood hinges, Warn 16.5
winch, Factor 55 Hawse fairleads, KC LED headlights and KC Hilites
Gravity Pro6 light bar. Also features muted 1974 K5 emblems, a
trick Holley fuel cap, custom rock slider and a frame-mount hitch.
