For Sale: 1992 GMC Sonoma in Concord, North Carolina
This GMC Sonoma SLS is in overall excellent condition. The owner
states that the mileage shown, just under 38K, is actual (factory
window sticker included). The outstanding Teal exterior finish is
mostly factory with the exception of the cowl induction hood and
hinged fiberglass bed cover that conceals polished wheel tubs, bed
mat and a racing fuel cell. The stance is menacing on chrome Budnik
alloys with Firestone/Hoosier Pro Street rear radials (29x18.5-15
rear).
An original vinyl/cloth interior is in excellent condition - seat
upholstery, center console, headliner, carpeting and door panels
are all very nice. Features include power-tinted windows, power
locks and cruise control. An electronic gauge cluster includes a
'ribbon' bar tachometer and the custom leather spoke-wheel is
mounted on a tilt column. A factory AM/FM/CD sound system is housed
in the dash.
This Sonoma is powered by a 4.3L Vortec V6, one of GMC's finest.
The engine is stated to have never required a rebuild and the dual
exhaust system with turbo-style mufflers leaves a sweet sound.
Behind the Vortec is a 700R4/OD automatic and narrowed 9" Ford
differential with 3.25:1 gears. Front suspension is stock coil
springs w/sway bar and the rear is a ladder bar design with
coil-over springs/shocks. Steering is power-assisted and power
disc/drum brakes provide stop. This Sonoma is ready for the new
owner who will appreciate the great looks and performance of this
strong mid-size pick-up. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
