For Sale: 2002 Chevrolet Camaro in Mooresville, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

HIGHLIGHTS: This is a turn-of-the-century essential modern classic suited to the needs of any enthusiast looking for a little automotive excitement when behind the wheel of a unique car. This real deal 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS SLP packs a punch under the hood thanks to the factory upgraded 5.7L V8! This is no V6 base model Camaro, and with 88k miles, this SS SLP is a "factory" customized new-era collectible.

BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Camaro is as nice as one would expect a desirable car with moderately low mileage to be. There are minor imperfections to be found, but overall the exterior is very straight and incredibly nice for the age and mileage. The convertible top is in good repair, but does show some fading as seen in the photos.

PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint is just as nice as the body it is wrapped around. There are some extremely minor chips and nicks in a couple of areas, but this is to be expected from any car that has been driven on the road. There are areas on the tops of both doors that have very minor fading showing. The paint still carries a brilliant shine, and this black Camaro shows great!

INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior condition is very nice and much like the exterior proves the care this car has received since new. The black leather is the classic match for the black paint and the seats are in excellent condition, though there is some minor damage on the driver's seat as shown in the photos. As with the exterior, the interior presents well.

MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: This Camaro runs smoothly and has a subtle, but menacing exhaust note. It fires right up at a turn of the key and is ready to go whenever you are! The 5.7 liter V8 rumbles nicely. It handles well and has plenty of power to go for a topless cruise. The 4l60E automatic transmission makes cruising a breeze. This car appears to have been in regular service since new, so it is no surprise that it operates as expected.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: The essential early 2000s styling, and rare combination of black on black.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: This is not a car for someone who does not appreciate the exceedingly popular automotive styling from the turn of the century.

DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? Just a new owner!

WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? Anyone looking for something fairly rare with relatively low miles at a fair price. Whether you wanted one new, or you're just looking for a fun summer car, this SLP Camaro is a likely candidate!
