Vehicle Description
This is a pretty cool one-owner 2012 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS. It has
awesome paperwork, including the window sticker that shows this is
a true Transformers Edition. And while a movie would transform the
coupe into Bumblebee, in real life, this was transformed by
Hennessey Performance into an HPE475 extra muscle machine.
A low-mileage one-owner coupe is always an attractive proposition.
After all, that's one of the best ways of finding a car that has
been treated from day one with the same kind of respect you give
your ride. In fact, as you look at the factory Rally Yellow on this
coupe, you're going to wonder if it was even ever let out of the
garage. The showroom level of shine radiates from a decade of proud
ownership. And there's a reason to treat this special. It's a
Transformers Edition, and in 2012 it was comprehensive. This
included the special black stripes, a high-wing spoiler, halo
headlights within the blackout grille, and 20-inch black wheels
with the Transformers logo in the center. And while this is already
rare (possibly only about 1,500 made) not all of them also got the
full ground effects kit. The comprehensive darkness is awesome
against the bold and bright yellow. And while this one looks
absolutely mean, the overall pristine condition tells us this has
yet to turn a wheel in anger.
The color theme switches for the inside. This is a beautiful
blackout package, but with the Transformers edition, you also get
yellow contrast stitching to accent the seats, doors, dash, shift
boot, and steering wheel. And there are Autobot logos on the center
console and headrest as part of this option. This is a premium 2SS,
and that means a loaded interior. It includes air conditioning,
keyless entry, power windows, power locks, keyless entry/alarm,
dual airbags, side airbags, ABS, cruise control, a tilt/telescopic
steering column, and heated seats. Plus, the factory AM/FM/XM/CD
infotainment system also includes Bluetooth. This is a retro car,
and that means blending old and new styles. So there's a cool
digital glow from the dash, but you still have the auxiliary gauges
down low on the console - just like best '69 coupes. And you know
it's a driver's car with the power-adjusting leather bucket seat,
sports steering wheel with essential control embedded, and optional
short-throw shifter.
The low mileage, exceptional care, and added polish create a
show-ready engine bay. The professional Hennessey transition was
done within the first year of ownership, and the HPE 475 package is
a terrific upgrade. It inhales deeper with an HPE Cold Air
Induction System, and it exhales with added power thanks to long
tube headers, high-flow catalytic converters, and three-inch pipes.
Plus, the engine management computer was updated and the full
package is professionally tuned. The 6.2-liter LS3 motor is now
rated at 475 horsepower (hence, the name of the HPE475 package.)
You have full control over this upgraded Camaro thanks to the
six-speed manual transmission. The fully-independent suspension,
Brembo four-wheel power disc brakes, limited-slip rear, and Pirelli
P-Zero performance tires are all about a confident feeling to go
with this awesome muscle.
The sale comes complete with the dealer invoice, original window
sticker, owner's manual packet, and build receipts. It all proves
the superior care that comes from a one-owner modern classic, but
really, all you had to do was look at the ultra-clean undercarriage
photos to understand how special this Hennessey-powered Bumblebee
is. Call today!!!
