EXTERIOR: This car looks hot with the motor sticking out of the
hood, the aggressive stance and the slick Porsche Gaurds Red paint.
It has 5 coats of Centari enamel polished like glass. The body is
clean, no damage or rust. It's straight and fits nice. It's been
painted over 10 years and still looks amazing. Decked out with
spoilers and it's a Rally Sport. The RS includes hideaway
headlights and relocated taillights. The headlight doors are
electric and work great. The chrome was all replaced. The front
bumper was removed for a clean look. It rolls on Mickey Thompson
Drag Radials and Billet Specialties wheels all around. 15x4 in
front, 15x8 in back.
INTERIOR: The deluxe interior includes molded door panels and
upgraded upholstery. The door panels look new, upholstery was
replaced. The metal is painted gloss black. It has a beautiful
Billet Specialties steering wheel. There is a set of Autometer
gauges and a matching tachometer. Headliner fits tight, dome light
works. It has a Quick Stick shifter on the floor.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The goal was to build a street engine that runs
on pump gas and makes around 625 hp. They started with an LT-1 350.
The bottom end was built by R&R Engineering, upper end was
built by Straub Technologies. Specs: Bored 30 over, 4 bolt mains,
steel crank, shot peened pink rods, TRW blower pistons, balanced
rotating assembly, Bullet Racing cam, roller lifters. Aluminum AFR
competition heads fully CNC machined and Scorpion rockers. On top
is a polished 671 Dyers blower with dual 600 specifically tuned
carbs. Premium fuel lines and fittings were used. Complete digital
MSD ignition. Runs cool with a Griffin aluminum radiator, overflow
bottle and electric fan. It features power brakes. The engine bay
is painted glossy. Dressed up with polished parts. It has catch
cans off the breathers to keep it clean.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk lid and jamb are painted gloss red.
Weatherstrip and decal were replaced. The trunk floor is rock
solid. The battery was relocated to the trunk. It's secured in a
battery box and has a disconnect switch.
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame. The floors are original
clean metal painted gloss red. The front end steering and
suspension was completely rebuilt. The rear springs, bushings and
shocks were replaced. Looking up at the motor it's clean, has
chrome oil pan. Performance built Turbo 400 automatic. It has HD
clutches, 2,800 stall and an external cooler. The driveshaft has a
safety loop. 12 bolt rear end has 3.73 posi with Moser axles and
wheel studs. Lakewood frame connectors and traction bars help keep
it in a straight line. The custom exhaust will rock your world. The
fuel system was replaced, it has premium fittings and braided
stainless fuel line.
