What you see offered for sale here is a piece of Stock Car Racing
History. This blast from the past is a 1937 Chevrolet Coupe that
has raced all over and comes with some photos of it being in New
Jersey in the mid 50's at various tracks. The car has also been in
Daytona, Florida. Not much else is known about the cars past
history.
The car appears to be solid and is ready to ride. It is powered by
what is believed to be a 350 V8 paired with a 3 speed manual
transmission with a Franklin 2 speed rear end. The overall
appearance of this car is excellent for its age. The car meets the
track with a set of Hoosier's on 5 bolt chrome wheels. Other
highlights include full length header exhaust, Wilwood brakes,
power steering, Holley carburetor, full cage, AutoMeter gauges.
This is an excellent addition to any collection and is ready to
go.
