For Sale: 2004 AM General Military in Lithia Springs, Georgia
It's hard to believe that you can further upgrade a military Hummer
for added ruggedness, but this 2004 AM General M1123 HMMWV HUMVEE
really impresses in its useful upgrades. So dig into the details on
the ultimate version of the ultimate 4x4.
Those looking for a military Humvee get excited about the M1123.
It's an evolution of the M998. It means a younger decommissioned
vehicle and upgrades learned from decades out on the field. And
yet, it's still the classic HMMWV where all the right accessories
and upgrades fit. The LED headlights allow you to explore more,
even at night. And the upgraded Method Racing 20-inch wheels not
only have a cool-looking black finish, but also they allow you to
have a wider array of modern tires mounted on this one. And those
black wheels look great with the new full soft top kit. It goes
with the full hard doors with windows to give you the option of
fully buttoning up or having an open-air off-roader. And you just
know this one wants to spend time in nature. It has a tall air
snorkel, high suspension, and plenty of hooks to pull out lesser
vehicles that get in trouble on the trail. And you really need to
call for all the details on all the little extras that this
exterior offers to make sure it's a properly upgraded machine.
Plus, the awesome-looking full ghost camo wrap will hide this one
better than a duck blind.
The interior continues the Humvee's proper tradition of stout
components that can be open to the world, but just like the
exterior, you'll also spot the right upgrades. For example, the
simple military seats have been replaced by Corbeau Moab high-back
buckets with three-point seatbelts and weather-resistant neoprene
covers. There's even enough room between the rear buckets to add a
Jeep-style folding rear bench. There's full interior liner paint,
an upgraded switch panel, and that extra-wide lined cargo bed makes
it easy to take everything you want with you. And just to make sure
you have the best driving music for on or off-road, there's a
Bluetooth stereo system.
Tilt the hood forward to get an excellent view of the diesel
engine. Part of the appeal of the later M1123 is that you have the
larger 6.5-liter unit.
This is a hardy General Motors powerhouse, and it has even been
given a solid investment in a recent service. It includes a new 24V
starter, radiator flush, air filter, fuel filter, serpentine belt
(idle and tensioner pulleys), and glow plugs. It makes for an
extra-strong runner, and this M1123 also has a four-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive. So it's truly a solid 4x4 package.
Plus, A newer power steering control valve, four-wheel power disc
brakes, and nice investment in the beefy wheel and tire combo, this
is confident on or off the pavement.
This is the Humvee with the extras that take it beyond military
grade. It makes for an awesome package you need to get your hands
on right now. Call today!!!
