The first Shelby CSX (Carroll Shelby eXperimental) was a
limited-production high performance car based on the turbocharged
intercooled Dodge Shadow. They were offered by Shelby Automobiles
Inc from 1987 through 1989.
Only 750 were built in 1987. Came with Shelby's Turbo II 2.2L
inline-four engine, 5 speed manual gear box and Daytona Shelby Z
rear discs.
