A car like this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback GTA Tribute has some
pretty awesome style. There's a sleekness in the lines and added
aggressiveness in the full red presentation. And the whole car
shows it appreciates the classic Mustang as much as you do by
retaining some of the best vintage details around.
It's hard to deny that the first-gen Mustang fastback captured the
spirit of the ideal American sports car of the era. It only gets
better when the Marti Report tells us it's presented in its
factory-correct Candyapple Red. This has been upgraded to have a
true GT style with fog lights in the grille, a GT gas cap, and quad
exhaust tips. Plus, the triple rocker stripe looks great in white,
and it makes sure to feature the special GTA badging. And there are
more premium classic details like the styled steel wheels and
deluxe hood. It's all part of a package where you can tell they
took some extra time in the details. It's in the way the chrome
bumpers shine, the door fit, and the redline tires go with the body
color.
The sea of red continues inside. This one likes to keep a
period-correct style, and so you'll love the details with trim on
the deluxe seats, stylish deluxe door panels, and provisions for
factory air conditioning (it will need servicing to blow cold
again.) Even the courtesy lights greet you when you open the door.
And this does a terrific job of being a driver's coupe. Front
bucket seats, a center console in-between, a wood-rimmed sports
steering wheel on a tilt column, and a large tach.
This is a GTA tribute, and it has proper pony power under the hood.
This is a 289 cubic-inch V8 with a four-barrel carburetor on top.
It warms up to be a strong-running powerhouse, and the Cobra valve
covers are a great reminder of the huge list of upgrades available
if you ever want to unleash a street-eating coupe. But for right
now, you'll also just like that this is a solid cruiser. Newer
shocks, a newer gas tank, power steering, power brakes, front
discs, and a three-speed automatic transmission are there to make
it easy for those who like to drive their classics.
Complete with Marti Report, this Mustang is an overall
driver-quality car inside and out, and that's a good thing. After
all, it has a detailed style and an awesome fastback profile. So
you're going to want to drive it every weekend to show it off. Call
