Vehicle Description
This 1985 Chevrolet C10 Scottsdale gives you plenty of extras.
There's extra power from the 400ci V8. There's an extra-duty long
bed. And the interior is extra comfortable from more recent
investment. In fact, the only thing that's not extra about this
classic is the cost.
Part of this feeling of extra comes from the first impression. This
Chevy has extra style with the bright red paint and a tasteful
full-length white pinstripe that loops around the tailgate. It does
a nice job of showing off the straightness of the sheet metal.
Attractive chrome bumpers, full-length trim, and clean Rally wheels
give this a premium feel. But this pickup is still a worker when
you want it. The rear step bumper has space for a trailer ball. And
the full liner paint in the long bed means this is good for
everything from chores to carrying your motorcycle.
The interior has a clean and comfortable style. There have been
more recent investments in the carpets, thick rubber floormats,
extra-nice door panels, a dash cap, and a comfy velour bench seat.
There are plenty of comfort features, like power windows, power
locks, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, sliding rear glass, and provisions
for factory air conditioning (it will need servicing to blow cold
again.) And your driving position feels like a commanding one with
the tilt steering column and wraparound gauge panel.
The 400 cubic-inch V8 was not offered during these later years of
this generation. But since these have added displacement and are
good for torque, we're quite happy to have it in this example.
Topped with a four-barrel carburetor it provides solid power
without being a brazen growler. Power steering, power brakes, front
discs, and a three-speed automatic transmission are all part of a
package with everyday appeal.
This is the well-presented classic that gives you extra. So you'll
have to be extra quick to pick up this Chevy. Call today!!!
