Vehicle Description
It's not just the vivid paint that will attract you to this 1969
Chevrolet C10. It's a full custom with a bucket seat interior, big
block V8 motor, four-on-the-floor, and an all-around sense of
custom cruiser style.
Mango Tango is the name of the paint that makes a bold first
impression. And because it's a modern clearcoat application with a
nice metallic finish, it radiates as the sunlight shows off the
iconic body lines. And the C10's built-in fender flares are perfect
for the upgraded 18-inch Riddler wheels. It has even more sports
truck style with the upgraded cowl hood, smoothly deleted trim, and
billet-style grille. Plus, the bumpers are mirror-like pieces that
have some very cool details. The front one has integrated driving
lights, and the rear is notched for the dual exhaust like a muscle
car. It really is a thoughtfully done custom, right down to the
color-matched liner paint on the bed floor.
The interior has the right restoration investment to be a good mix
of vintage and new. You have fresh-feeling classic C10 door panels,
nice loop carpeting, and a clean color-matched dash. Even the dome
light still greets you when you open the door. And they also made
sure to upgrade this one where it counts for modern comfort. Gone
is the bench seat, and in its place are two comfortable late-model
bucket seats. Yours even power adjust for the ideal individual
comfort position. There's also a cup holder console and a
retrosound AM/FM stereo. Plus, this truck is an upgraded driver.
You have a Grant sports steering wheel, auxiliary gauge trio under
the dash, and the floor shifter.
The tidy engine bay has a clean and fresh style that showcases one
of the most coordinated looks we have seen in a while. The satin
black inner fenders were a great color choice because they go with
the Edelbrock air grabber and valve covers. The firewall matches
the exterior orange, and the engine block coordinates, too! More
than just style, this has plenty of substance. The 402 cubic-inch
big block is said to be bored .30 over. There's also an Edelbrock
four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and dual exhaust with
Magnaflow mufflers. There has been a solid investment in the motor,
and the proof is in how strong this big block fires up and runs.
The Borg-Warner T10 four-speed manual transmission gives you firm
control over it all. Plus, with power steering, power brakes, front
discs, and wide modern tires keep this powerful pickup an easy
cruiser.
We love a thoughtfully upgraded classic, and this C10 delivers in
