This 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria is a beautifully
restored, stock 2 door hardtop with great options that make it a
fun driver. 1957 was a banner year for the Ford Motor Company which
outsold its chief rival, Chevrolet. Contributing to Ford's major
sales success was its newly redesigned Fairlane which now, most
prominently, featured rear tail fins that gave the '57 model line
an updated fifties look. The 1957 Fords also featured longer and
sleeker wheelbases, which gave the newly redesigned Fords a more
modern sporty look and feel. The Fairlane of course was the
top-of-the-line passenger model in 1957 for Ford and the Fairlane
500 was the top trim level for the Fairlane badge. The Fairlane 500
was, in part, differentiated from the base Fairlane with the
addition of special gold side trim. This particular '57 Fairlane
500 comes to us from an east coast based collector where a cosmetic
restoration was completed under his ownership. Powering this '57
Ford is a 292 Cubic Inch V8 engine that is paired with a single 2
barrel carburetor that pushed out over 200 horsepower in its day.
Driving this 1957 Fairlane Hardtop is a breeze since the 292 V8 is
hooked up to a Ford-O-Matic Automatic Transmission, ensuring that
anybody can take this baby for a spin. Getting in and out of tight
parking spaces is easy since this Fairlane 500 Victoria is equipped

refinished in Raven Black, giving this car a beautiful 50s
