This XK-120 was built on January 28th, 1952 and delivered to
distributor Max Hoffman in New York on February 13th, 1952. This
superb XK-120 was in the same family ownership since new. It has
always been kept in superb order over the years and maintained
regardless of use.
During the mid-2000s, this Jaguar had documented restoration work
done by XKs Unlimited of California. Then in 2012, further
documented restoration work was done by White Post Restorations of
Virginia. Over the past several years, this XK-120 has been
maintained by Autosport Designs, Inc. with a most recent service by
well-known marque specialist, Tony Dutton - Northumberland
Engineering, Southampton, NY.
One of the most iconic sports cars of the 1950s, this XK-120
represents the very best in build quality and craftsmanship
throughout and would be a welcome addition to any collector or
collection. With a matching numbers engine and an elegant color
combination, this XK-120 is completely dialed-in, fully serviced
and ready for immediate concours or touring use and is eligible for
