the most sought-after collector cars, it's not always easy to stand
out from the crowd. The quickest way to get noticed is custom
paint, build quality and a perfect stance. This gorgeous pearl
brown 1971 split-bumper Camaro checks all of those boxes and then
some. Featuring a rotisserie restoration, this Camaro has that
extra attention to detail that makes it a worthy show-and-go
contender on any stage. Ride height is achieved using coilovers and
new tubular control arms in the front with performance springs and
lowering blocks in the rear. Subtle custom fabrication work, such
as the incorporated bumpers and quarter panel exhaust exits, is
excellent on this car, and the matte black tail light panel with a
billet gas cap looks sinister sitting just below the spoiler. The
Root Beer pearl brown paint contrasts nicely with the matte black
grille and trim, while the 17-inch US Mag wheels with black centers
and polished hoops complete the stealthy look. A mild camshaft
added to the GM Performance 350 CI small-block V-8 gives it a
healthy rumble through the powder-coated headers and stainless
exhaust. A performance fuel pump feeds the 4-barrel Carb sitting on
an aluminum intake, while a polished aluminum dress kit adorns the
valve covers and air cleaner. A March serpentine accessory drive
system ensures alignment of the power steering pump and
air-conditioning compressor. Power is transferred through a TH350
transmission fitted with a performance torque converter, and
4-wheel power disc brakes should get the car slowed in a hurry. The
interior is subtle yet modern. New glass envelopes the passengers
in the custom tan w/black leather bucket seats, while a MOMO
steering wheel provides a nostalgic performance look. The center
console houses an NX500 touch-screen sound system with Bluetooth,
new Dakota digital dash gauge cluster provides accurate vitals.
Obviously, countless hours were spent on this rotisserie
restoration to achieve a timeless custom presentation of this
tastefully modified 1971 Camaro. It will surely turn heads wherever
it goes for a long time to come.
