The title is free and clear. Perfect body. All parts are new. New wiring harness, new disc brakes, new shocks, converted to 12v w/new alternator, new headliner, new LED lights and lens', new glass rubber, new radio, new dashboard switches. All glass is complete but not installed. I bought this for my 2 year-old grandaughter last March. I've put several thousand dollars into this project, plus countless hours. This car is almost road ready. Needs a new accelerator pedal. I have new carpeting (uninstalled) and glass (Chrome) rubber (Uninstalled). You have access to every nut & bolt, accessory, etc. I have in my garage. I paid $18,500 for it and I've invested a lot of money. It's a very nice Beetle. My only concern is that by the time my granddaughter is 16, fuel may be hard to come by.
