Sensational 1957 Ford Thunderbird Removable Hardtop
The next amazing classic up for grabs in our Fairfield showroom is
this gorgeous 1957 Ford Thunderbird "E" Code 2 Door Roadster w/
Removable Hardtop with Rare Coral Sand exterior paint and a
beautiful black and white vinyl interior. Only 1499 "E" Codes were
manufactured in 1957. This highly desirable classic has been fully
restored with a rebuilt factory Twin Quad Barrel Carbureted 312
cubic inch V-8 engine under the hood that's making 270 Horse Power.
It has the factory correct automatic transmission and it also comes
equipped with the original hard top, a soft top plus this baby bird
is equipped with power windows, power seat, and power steering.
With tremendous curb appeal , excellent documentation, and very
nice performance, this 1957 Ford Thunderbird Roadster is ready to
be driven and enjoyed right away.

The current owner of this 1957 Ford Thunderbird 2 Door Roadster w/
Removable Hardtop has enjoyed it the last 18 years and he informs
us that it's been stored in a temperature controlled warehouse for
a large portion of that time. He's enjoyed this classic for local
shows and Cars & Coffee meetups, and he believes that the
drivetrain is factory original as well. While we can't certify that
statement, we can tell you that this gorgeous classic is in
excellent physical condition with ample maintenance records on
file. It drives nicely on the open road as well with very nice
acceleration and handling.
In terms of appearance, this highly original 1957 Ford Thunderbird
2 Door Roadster shows only the slightest levels of imperfection
with beautiful exterior paint across a nearly flawless body. The
chrome and trim are also in excellent overall condition, as it both
the hard and soft tops. Meanwhile, the factory interior is super
clean throughout with correct gauges and accessories; even the
padded dash presents at a very high level. The engine compartment
is also nicely sorted with a correct appearance for this model
year. This one has to be seen in person to fully appreciate.
