its 396 with a Tremec 5 speed manual with 11 inch Centerforce
clutch. (KF code L78 396/375 HP - has standard bore and crank,
comes with cam card) The car also has a 10 bolt rear end with 3:55
gears with Yukon Posi. Other features include rear sway bar with
boxed arms, completely fresh and new interior, all new exterior
trim, emblems, bumpers, tilt column, AM/FM radio, factory air
conditioning that was converted to R134 and cycling clutch system
with 10 cylinder aluminum compressor, power brakes, power steering.
This extremely clean body came from North Carolina. All mechanical
restoration was done by a 40+ year ASE Certified Technician.
When people think about muscle cars the Chevelles produced from
1968-72 jump right off the page. The Chevelle 2nd generation was
the GM A-body perfect size for anything you wanted to stuff under
the hood to make your ride jump off the line when commanded to do
so. Chevelles came in several different variations and trim
packages, but the hot SS 396 will make people stop in their tracks
