1936 Unspecified Recreational Vehicle in Concord, North Carolina
Bold red paint and big rear tires let you know this 1936 Chevrolet
Business Coupe is a true V8-powered street machine custom. And
features like the comfy A/C interior also let you know it was made
for cruising.
We love these coupes because they have that unmistakable classic
style. It's in the details, like the curvy fenders, torpedo-like
headlights, and long trunk. And you can see the waterfall grille in
its full glory thanks to the deleted front bumper. And the full
steel presentation makes this feel like a true classic. Of course,
there's more here than just history. Weld-style racing wheels,
extra meaty rear tires, and lowered stance drive home a performance
feel. And the red is bold enough to make sure people know you have
a street machine even before they hear the rumble.
Open the door to reveal a cool custom machine. The tan tweed bucket
seats are a nice upgrade, and the red inserts and piping coordinate
with the exterior color. The same tan and red coordination are on
the dash, headliner, and custom door panels for a thoughtful total
presentation. A comfy cruiser needs the right upgrades, and so you
have cold-blowing air conditioning, tinted windows, and an AM/FM/CD
stereo. You've got a grippy sports steering wheel mounted, and the
dash is done well with classic readouts in place and auxiliary
gauges in the custom lower panel.
Under the hood is a tidy and stylish setup with a smooth
color-matched firewall and bright components like the polished
valve covers, alternator, air cleaner, and much more. The 350
cubic-inch V8 block is looking bold, and it has been upgraded with
a dual plenum air intake, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, an
aluminum intake, an aluminum radiator, and shorty headers feeding
the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The three-speed automatic
transmission feeds into a stout 9-inch rear to get power to those
wide Mickey Thompson tires. You'll also find plenty of cruiser
appeal with an upgraded independent front end, rack & pinion power
steering, and front disc brakes.
This classic Chevy has been upgraded for a sleek and powerful
style. And while it's mean on the outside, it's so comfortable
inside. That makes for all-around appeal. Call now!
