Vehicle Description
1940 Willys American Model 440 Pickup Truck that has been built as
a Pro-Street it's currently 80% or more complete. The Truck has a
new custom built chassis it is a Air-Bag chassis with a Mustang II
front suspension with PS & Disc Brakes Has the Steering Column and
linkage done the Rear End is 9" Ford narrowed with Drum Brakes the
rear tires are 18" M/T and all the wheels are Weild Aluminum the
chassis has custom made Wheelie Bars custom built gas tank the
Drivetrain is Chevy BB 454 completely gone thought (I have the
specs for the build) the engine has an HEDI distributor Aluminum
Valve covers also a custom built Serpentine Belt System with a Long
Water Pump that includes Alternator, Air Compressor Power Steering
Pump and all Pulleys with bells. Engine has custom built Headers I
have the Radiator also The Bed is custom built Metal with
fiberglass fenders the Bed raises to access the gas tank. The
Transmission is a Turbo 400 Driveshaft also custom built. The Cab
is Fiberglass with a Steel Firewall recessed to set back engine
also part of the floor and transmission tunnel is metal Hood is on
a Tilt. I have most everything needed to finish except the Window
Glass inside the Cab I have the Dash also have Vintage Air unit
installed and Two Bucket Seats. Other items include Headlights,
Grill, Wiring Harness, Air Bag Controls Dash Gauges and Locker
Shifter. I probably missed something. Oh yes I do have a Title.
