1978 Dodge W150 Power Wagon Adventurer Pickup
This is a one family owned truck and comes with the original sales receipt. My dad purchased this 1978 Dodge W150 Power Wagon Adventurer new over 44 years ago and he kept the truck in great condition. The W150 is a 4 wheel drive truck, 1/2 ton, with an 8 foot bed and is powered by its original 318 V-8 engine.

Body Type: Conv Cab W/ Sweptline
GVW Index: 6,001 # to 10,000 #
Engine Type: 318-1 2V V8
Model: 1978 - 8 Series
Assembly Plant: Warren Truck # 1 (Warren, Michigan)
OPTIONS: Automatic Transmission, Power Brakes, Power Steering, A/C, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Bias Ply Tires.
INTERIOR: Interior is original except for the following: replacement floor mat/carpet, seat covers to protect its original vinyl bench seat (seat covers kept on bench seat since purchased). Also a CB radio was added.
EXTERIOR: Is original with the exception of the following: replaced the rear cab window with a sliding window (I still have the original window and it will go with the truck). Fog lights were also added. The truck is still the original color of bright red and burgundy two-tone (over the years this truck was repainted to its original colors). Rust concerns are “minimal” but overall very good for a 44 year old original truck, but there is a little rust in particular on the wheels, the antenna, the rear bumper, and the undercarriage. This truck has been garage kept for the majority of the time owned.
PAINT: The paint is in good condition with a few minor scratches and one recent chip on the hood.
This truck is structurally sound and has smooth smoke free acceleration, running, driving, and stopping capabilities are as they should be with good braking, and functionality is still there for the wipers, lights, turn signals. This classic Dodge Power Wagon is a true time capsule and you will be hard pressed to find other trucks of this age in this type of nearly original condition. Clean title in hand, serious inquiries only, NO low ballers please!
