1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to
present this stunning and pristine 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S
featured in Guards Red with black leather interior. This is a very
low mileage and unmodified example that has been owned by one
family from new and covered only 24,542 miles from new. Our 944 is
one of 1,635 Turbo S models produced as part of a limited
production run based on Turbo Cup racers. The Turbo S package
included a more powerful engine, upgraded and adjustable
suspension, limited slip differential and larger brakes from the
928. The car has been meticulously maintained and is in excellent
unblemished condition, inside and out. There are no issues with
seats, dash or any electrical systems, common trouble spots on
these cars, and even the electric trunk works! The undercarriage
and engine bay are clean and no body or paint work has ever been
performed on this vehicle. Factory specs on this car include:
Upgraded brakes from 928 S4, including steel brake lines, Upgraded
turbo with 247 hp, Sport chassis, Limited slip differential with
transmission cooler, ABS, Airbags, Sunroof with electric tilt,
Power seats, Cruise control, and Headlight washers. Factory service
manuals and car cover included. A major service, including timing
belt, rollers, water pump, and all fluids was performed in 2014 at
18k miles by a Porsche expert. This Porsche is factory original.
With the exception of the radio (replaced with factory equivalent),
all parts on the car are original. Additional accessories such as
tool kit, tire air compressor and aftermarket wheels are included.
This is an investment-grade example of a very collectible Porsche.
