The 1971 Chevrolet Nova was originally designed to fill the needs
of many types of buyers. This 1971 Nova was built to hit the buyer
looking for raw horsepower.
Before being transformed this Nova was a factory V-8 car, today
this Nova is powered by a 427 cubic inch motor mated to a
four-speed manual transmission. The motor has features as Holley
double pumper carburetor, Weiand high rise aluminum intake,
polished valve covers, Accel HEI coil and headers. Shifting is
provided by a Hurst four speed mated to a 12-bolt rear end.
The fiberglass Cowl Induction hood gives the car an aggressive look
with the Graphite Metallic paint and black stripes. The paint
presents very well with good depth and shine.
The black interior features Cipher bucket seats with Simpson racing
belts, Equus 3 pod gauge package and an Autogage tachometer with
shift light.
Braking for this Nova is provided by Wilwood power front disc
brakes with drum brakes in the rear. To keep this Nova on the road
are Mickey Thompson tires on all four corners and supported by rear
traction bars.
