This Austin-Healey 100-4 has been completely restored to the
highest and most correct standards as possible. It retains its
numbers matching engine per the British Motor Industry Heritage
Trust Certificate. For 1955 and 1956, a special edition of the
100-4 was produced to commemorate the success at Lemans and offered
enthusiast buyers the opportunity to enjoy the best of what the
company offered. Only 640 factory built 100M Lemans edition cars
would be built during the production run. As such owners couldn't
get their hands on the factory built examples, owners went back to
the dealer for the "M" modification and upgrades. This example has
been fitted with the Lemans Modification which include the special
aluminum cold air box, special cam, tuned carburetors and ignition.
The sale included the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust
Certificate, Owners hand book, Service Manual, Tool Set, Jack,
Spare Tire and Tonneau Cover. Recent complete service. This is one
of the nicest Austin-Healey 100-4's available on the market! Don't
miss this opportunity.
