Vehicle Description
Cool classic style meets the right streetwise upgrades - including
proper small block power, a four-speed, and a custom interior. It
makes this 1963 Chevrolet C10 an all-around cool and appealing
pickup.
The black paint is a color with a timeless appeal. It has a good
gloss that will radiate in the sunshine to show off the body
panels. And we especially like this year C10 in a fleetside because
they have an almost hourglass kind of curve in the waistline that
runs the full sides and across the front. Black is also
intimidating, so it sets the tone right for a driver-quality truck
that wants to have some street machine style. There's a tonneau
cover that protects the real wood truck bed and added fuel cell.
There's a nice shine on the chrome bumpers and grille that show
well against the black. Plus, other brightwork items like side
exhaust tips and polished 20-inch wheels also add to the speedy
style.
The interior gives you some nice upgrades for a driver's truck.
Newer carpeting and updated bucket seats make it more comfortable.
The stereo is an AM/FM/CD with plenty of upgraded speakers. There's
even Bluetooth with a hands-free mic. There are also good driver's
additions, like a Grant GT sports steering wheel, a floor shifter,
and SunPro auxiliary readouts.
The engine bay continues this truck's fun attitude. The clean inner
walls have a road-ready finish that goes well with the upgraded
small block in the middle. There's some added shine on this 350
cubic-inch V8 with the Edelbrock air grabber, steel braided lines,
and flame-etched valve covers. And there's added power from the
Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and long tube
headers. While the rumble of the side exhaust gives this on
attitude, there's much more going on here. The V8 fires up readily
with a nice rumble out of the dual exhaust. The four-speed manual
transmission gives you firm control over the power and its
soundtrack. There's also power steering, modern ZR-rated sports
tires, and the C10's sought-after trailing arm rear suspension for
a better driver.
A classic long bed truck is usually nice for hauling a ton of
stuff, but you know this well-priced C10 is also a ton of fun. Call
