Land Rover was building very capable off road vehicle well before
they came into the North American market with their fancy soccer
mom SUV's that had a 1% chance of leaving the asphalt roads of
suburbia. The first generations of the Series I, II and III are
considered by many to be some of the most proficient on the
two-track or off road terrain.
We are thrilled to bring to market this remarkable nut and bolt
rotisserie restoration with very no expense sparred. This 1969
series IIA is ready for the whatever you throw at it. The body was
removed and dissembled and restored with factory correct paint and
parts. The body is in superb condition and is finished in Marine
Blue. The engine compartment is highly detailed
Firing up this vehicle is simple and as you cruise the 4cyl
provides power and reliability. Rugged 16in steel wheels are nicely
fitted with brand new BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires that will
provide the proper traction no matter what trail you take. Spare
tire is fitted to the hood.
Driving these is always unique and there is no hiding from the
crowds when you park. We have sold many variations of the Land
Rover and this one is for sure the company favorite as you just
don't see these and the quality of the restoration will allow you
to showcase this at any car show or country club gathering.
