I purchased this car (Gertie) in 2011. Engine (1642cc) and paint were new then. She usually places first or second in class or Top Twenty overall in the annual Wichita Bug-O-Rama.
I have driven Gertie about 2,000 miles since purchase and estimate her total mileage at 80,000 miles. There is a paint chip on the bottom edge of the engine lid. The engine compartment, inside engine lid and luggage compartment interior were not repainted during restoration.
