Camaro in outstanding condition with only 47,392 original miles.
This Z28 looks great, runs well, and is an excellent driver. The
car has great lines and is totally solid; one can even see how
clean the car is underneath in the photos below of the car on a
lift. This is an excellent opportunity to own a classic Camaro that
is ready to be used and enjoyed at an unbeatable value. One could
easily buy this car now and sell it for more than the purchase
price in years to come as these third generation F-Body's are
appreciating fast and the market on them is red hot right now.
This Z28 is finished in the beautiful and highly desirable color
combination of Dark Blue (81) over Gray Cloth (82C) interior. This
is also the correct and original color scheme as verified by the
codes on the data sticker pictured in this ad as well as the
original window sticker, which is also included with the car. The
very low original mileage is verified not only by the condition of
the car, but also the clear Ohio title, pictured in this ad, that
states the mileage as "Actual." Please peruse all of the photos,
numbers, video, and information in this ad to get a true sense of
clean, nice, and original this Z28 really is.
There is also a copy of the AutoCheck report in this ad. The report
is totally clean, shows no accident history, and verifies the low
mileage.

Exterior
The Dark Blue exterior is in fantastic condition. As one can see in
the photos, the paint has an awesome gloss, dazzling shine, and
smooth finish. The trim and decals are in amazing condition with no
fading or peeling. The factory N90 aluminum wheels are in great
condition with a brilliant finish and no curb rash. The BF Goodrich
Radial TA raised white letter tires have plenty of tread left and
are correctly sized 235/60R15. There are no major imperfections
that have been intentionally excluded from the photos. As one would
expect from a paintjob with many years on it there are some very
tiny imperfections that were too small to show up in the photos,
but nothing that is really noticeable from about five feet away.
This Camaro has absolutely no rust issues. As one can see in the
many photos of the underside the bottom of the car is clean. We
have included specific photos of the spring perches, rockers, lower
quarter panels, and other areas most prone to rust on a third
generation Camaro to show how nice this car looks.
Interior
The Grey interior of the Z28 is in absolutely outstanding condition
and looks almost brand new. The seats look just in person as they
do in the photos with no holes, split seams, or excessive wear. The
seats are not overly worn in the typical area on the bolster where
the driver gets in and out. The gauge faces are clean and crisp and
the gauge lenses are crystal clear. The carpet is in great
condition with no stains, rips, or holes. This includes the rear
carpet, which is often neglected. The carpet on the door panels is
also in good shape and not faded. The door panels themselves are in
good condition overall and fit well to the doors. The door pulls
are solid and intact. The original radio works and gets good
reception. Most importantly, the console has never been cut or
modified for an aftermarket installation. The dash looks great with
no splits, sun fading, or cracks. This car has never been smoked
in, there are no burn marks and no aroma of cigarette smoke at
all.
Camaro interiors from this era are not known to wear well,
especially for a lighter color like this car, and the excellent
condition of this interior is a huge testament to the care this car
has received throughout its life.
Mechanical
This Z28 seems to be in excellent mechanical condition. The car
starts right away every time, runs well, and idles smooth. This
Camaro is a wonderful driver that feels great on the road and at
highway speeds. In the video in this ad one can observe the car
accelerating on the highway up to about 70mph, shifting through all
the gears, braking to stoplight, and going through some curves.
Please note that there are no strange noises or vibrations and the
car performs quite well overall. The brakes are responsive and do
not pull to one side or the other. The transmission shifts well
throughout the power band. The car runs cool and does not overheat.
This Camaro has plenty of power and is quite fast. Also, the engine
compartment is beautifully clean, detailed, correct, and original
as one can see in the photos.
The horn works as do the exterior lights, interior lights,
indicators, dash lights, wipers, and power antenna; even the key
buzzer still works. All of the gauges work. The blower for the
heater and a/c works on all speeds. The air conditioning itself
works and blows cold. One can observe the air conditioning
compressor clicking on and engaging properly in the video. Not
enough can be said as to how much of a pleasure it is to drive this
car, especially out on a beautiful day.
Also, for any 1980's Camaro you may look at, be sure to verify that
the "check engine" light is working correctly. The light should go
on when the key is turned on as a confirmation that the light is
working, then quickly go off when the car is started. A great
number of these 1980's Camaros have had the bulb removed to mask
other problems. As one can observe in the video the "check engine"
light on this car operates just as it should, going on with the car
as a check and then going off when started.
Overall Condition
Overall, this 1985 Z28 Camaro is in superb condition. The low
mileage and the beautiful original color scheme make this car
particularly desirable. Low mileage and original examples of the
third generation Camaros are hard to find and draw a huge premium
in the current market. Originality is extremely important in Camaro
pricing and as one can see this car is very original and correct.

This Camaro always gets a ton of attention driving down the road.
It is very apparent that the vehicle has been well taken care of by
its previous owners. The prices of third generation Camaros have
increased drastically over the past years, especially for
