Finished in bright red, this 2001 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am has
been taken to the next level. Starting with replacing the original
LS1 with a 370ci LSX iron block engine, the owner then added a
Procharger F-1A supercharger running 20PSI of boost. In addition to
the supercharger, a high-flow fuel system was added, and a custom
front intercooler was added for a cooler charge. To handle the
extra power, a G-Force Racing transmission was added with a Hurst
performance shift linkage, and the rear end was upgraded with a
12-bolt rear axle. Additionally, this example is optioned with the
Ram Air performance and handling package which features functional
Ram Air induction, a unique hood, specially tuned suspension and
freer-flowing exhaust. On the inside, a half-cage roll bar was
added as well as hard-backed Corbeau seats and auxiliary gauges.
The odometer showing 27,791 miles (title reads mileage exempt). To
round out the look of this modified Trans Am are smoked headlights
and a set of black 5-spoke forged wheels. Clean CARFAX report.
