Vehicle Description
This 1969 Shelby GT500 re-creation has less than 400 miles since
the rebuild. The engine is a Speed Logic 427ci V8 (351W stroker)
with 550hp. Performance hardware includes a custom drivebelt
system, Holley Sniper fuel system, custom radiator with dual
electric fans and custom exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers. The
transmission is a T56 6-speed manual transmission from American
Powertrain. The rear end is a Ford 9-inch with 3.70 gears and
31-spline axles. Fresh Competition Orange paint with ceramic
coating, American Racing wheels and Wilwood brakes front and rear.
Rear leaf springs are single-composite single-leafs. Subframe
connectors have been welded in. The interior is all new with custom
wiring throughout and custom Speed Hut gauges. Other features
include factory tilt-away steering wheel, Vintage Air Gen IV system
and a retro-sound radio with four speakers.
