Finished in Ice Blue, this custom 1964 Mercury Marauder coupe has
been upgraded with a 427ci V8 side-oiler engine stroked to 447ci
topped with a chromed four-Weber injection system paired with a
built C6 3-speed automatic transmission with a Gear Vendors
overdrive, running through a narrowed Ford 9-inch 3.25
posi-traction featuring a 4-link rear end. It rides on a
programmable Air Ride Technologies system and, when dropped, it
sits about a half-inch off the deck. The exhaust system includes a
set of factory 427 manifolds running through a complete 2.5-inch
stainless exhaust featuring SS mufflers with electric cutouts. It
also has a 4-wheel disc brake package plumbed through all
stainless-steel lines. The custom interior is made up of Connolly
leather, custom gauges, power windows (including wings), power
seats, climate control, tilt wheel and power steering. It has a
great sound system that includes an amp, eight speakers, rear
camera, XM, GPS and CD player. The car has been totally rewired.
This Marauder has a staggering ride with 18-inch and 20-inch Budnik
wheels.
