This 1965 Mustang Fastback is a freshly completed Resto-Mod build
with only test miles on it. Powered by a built 289ci engine backed
by a TREMEC TKO 5-speed manual transmission. Equipped with an
original NOS Shelby 8-stack manifold that was converted to EFI by
Imagine Injection, aluminum heads, 10.5 pistons, roller rockers,
hydraulic cam, Holley Terminator X controlling the fuel-injection
system, polished aluminum radiator, billet valve covers, billet CVF
serpentine front drive and headers. Additional features include a
RideTech suspension kit, an updated Borgeson steering box and
larger disc brakes. The body was prepped and sanded for over 400
hours, then finished in a Kona Blue with white stripes. A Shelby
hood and stripes were added to give this custom fastback the look
and feel of a '65 Shelby. The '65 Mustang Parchment White interior
features a white ball 5-speed shifter handle, Ringbrothers billet
door handles, Dakota HDX gauges, Vintage Air climate-control system
and a modern stereo system. Rides on 18-inch Rocket Racing Attack
wheels.
