Vehicle Description
This 1982 was the introductory year for the Buick Grand National
and this car is one of just 215 produced in that year. This very
car was featured in Hot Rod Magazine in September 2017 in an
article written by Steve Magnante. Built by NextGen Performance in
Spencer, Mass they started with a clean, real Buick Grand National.
An all-aluminum LS2 engine was installed backed by a 4L65E 4-speed
transmission and power is delivered to the rear wheels through a
Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.70 gears and a Traction Lock
differential. Equipped with LS3 cam as well as LS6 valve springs,
Hooker Black Heart G body exhaust starts with Hooker exhaust
manifolds, Ford sourced disc brakes, Dorman front control arms, QA1
coil springs and KYB gas shocks, the stock control arms were boxed
