Vehicle Description
The 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 sport pickup was created by Daimler
Chrysler's Performance Vehicle Operations. It features an 8.3-liter
V10 engine producing a factory-rated 500hp and 525 ft/lbs of torque
backed by a stock TREMEC T56 6-speed. Total production was 5,113
with 517 painted in the Flame Red color. Features of this
two-owner, 37,184 actual mile truck include all the standard
options, including power windows and 22-inch factory wheels. Unique
factory original brake system is modified from a Ram Heavy-Duty
truck. There is a fifth shock on the rear end to dampen wheel hop
during acceleration. With the sixth gear ratio of 0.50:1, the
estimated 15 miles per gallon can easily be attained. In 2005 these
trucks held the record for the fastest production truck at 155 mph.
