Vehicle Description
Finished in British Green over tan leather interior with chrome
wheels, this 1994 Daimler Double-Six was recently imported to the
U.S. from England and has been used by the foreign consul in
Paradise Valley, AZ. The Daimler name was applied to the highest
trim level of the X300 cars and featured all the chrome brightwork
found on the Sovereign cars, plus chromed door mirrors, chromed
door handles and a fluted radiator grille surround. The Daimler
Double-Six dates to the coach-built days of the 1920s. Jaguar made
a special V12 engine and a select series with the Daimler
Double-Six namesake as a tribute to the first English-built V12
engines used by early British coach builders. This right-hand-drive
Daimler Double-Six is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine paired to a
4-speed automatic transmission. This car has had a recent
professional service by British Automotive Repair of Scottsdale,
AZ, which also included new tires.
