Vehicle Description
This professionally restored 1974 MGB roadster is a real
chrome-bumper car with all the correct and original mounting
brackets and sheet metal pieces. It is powered by a 1800cc
4-cylinder engine backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. The
battery was relocated to the trunk for ease of service but can be
easily returned to a stock arrangement if desired. The engine has
also been rebuilt with mild performance upgrades, including a Piper
Fast Street Cam, a ported head, larger valves, a Weber carburetor,
19-row oil cooler and mechanical and electric fans. Additional
features include a smoked-glass wind divider, chrome luggage rack
and AM/FM/CD stereo with a removable faceplate. Rides on Dayton
wire wheels with real knock-off spinners. Included the original
spare wheel, jack and tools, as well as the original top cover bow
tubes.
