Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1979 Z28 which is in beautiful stock condition with low actual miles of 90,383. This Z28 was sold new in North Carolina and remained a southern car until January 2022. This Camaro is in show condition and comes with a three ring binder full of delaer documentation build sheet, ownership history, and numero,us service records. This Z28 features stunning Beige paint, a beautiful stock Tan interior, the original numbers matching 350 engine, and the factory build sheet. This Z28 is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Beige over Tan vinyl interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag and build sheet pictured above. This Z28 is extremely solid and shows no signs of rust or rust repair and has no bubbling paint or rust on the underside and no patches.
Exterior
The Beige exterior is in excellent show condition. This Z28 was treated to a professional repaint in factory Beige around 2004/2005 and was done very well and shows excellent and the decals look great on the car. The paint is in superb condition and is smooth to the touch and has a terrific shine and gloss. Both bumpers are in great shape shape with no flaking or faded paint. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. Tires have near full tread left and drive nicely and the OEM Turbine wheels are in excellent shape with no curb rash and look classic on the car. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original jack with a full size spare tire and correct style trunk mat.
Interior
The Tan vinyl interior of this Z28 is in stock restored condition. The seat covers are in great overall condition with no major wear or seam splits or rips. The carpet was replaced and is in like new condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a JVC digital cassette player and thankfully the dash has not been cut for a modern stereo. The door panels were replaced and are like new and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner was replaced and is in excellent shape. All interior lights and gauges work as they should outside of the clock. The horn, stereo, blower motor, and wipers also work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever. This is a factory AC car and everything is still in tact and the system was fully serviced in 2018, see receipt.
Mechanical
This Z28 is in excellent mechanical condition with only 90,383 actual miles on the original 350 engine. The original engine remains in the car and is numbers matching as seen in the vin stamp photo from the engine block. This Z28 has been properly maintained and numerous service records come with the car. Performance cylinder heads and Headers were added in 2016 but the engine bay still looks mostly stock. New shocks, new fuel pump, new alternator, new starter, and many other items were added in recent years. In the video one can observe this car running with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Z28 is a great driver that feels good on the road. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should and were recently serviced with a new master cylinder. The exhaust was upgraded to true dual exhaust with Headman headers and Flowmaster performance mufflers giving this Z a nice muscle car sound with added performance. This car is fun to drive and turns heads where ever it goes. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. The engine bay of this Z28 is mostly stock in appearance. This is a factory AC car and all factory components are in place and the AC system was fully serviced in 2018.
