Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1971 Ford Bronco. This
Bronco is finished in Chrome Yellow (its original color) with a
white hard top and parchment interior. It is a very straight, solid
and largely rust-free example with uncut rear fenders. A number of
desirable upgrades have recently been installed - power front disk
brakes, power steering and a two-inch suspension lift. Power comes
from a 200 cubic inch straight six; the engine was upgraded from
the original 170 ci power plant with a professionally rebuilt
engine installed in late 2019. It is mated to a three-speed manual
transmission.
Additional recent service has included a new clutch and resurfaced
flywheel, full tune-up, driveshaft rebuild, radiator and hoses,
engine and transfer case mounts, rebuilt clutch linkage, alternator
and more. A half roll cage is fitted with three-point seat belts in
the front. Newer 31x10.50 All-terrain tires are mounted on stock
steel wheels with correct hubcaps.
This Early Bronco has seen one older repaint in the correct color;
the finish retains a nice shine but there are a number of touch-ups
and patina throughout. Our client used this truck as a daily driver
and the priority was mechanical soundness which has been achieved.
This is an excellent example to enjoy reliably as-is or to take to
the next level with some easy cosmetic upgrades. For more
